Company Hygiene & Safety

We have seen many changes in our business over the years, but the current circumstances have been very difficult for Michael and Mal. Due to our current social situation and the many cancellation of group events we have had to regretfully release all of our casual staff members in order to maintain the business.

Since the 13th of March none of our items have left our showroom. Our staff have diligently hot stem washed and sanitised every item in stock. Hand sanitiser has been implemented for staff and customers coming in and out of our building. We are using latex gloves to pack and wrap all our goods. All incoming boxes are being washed and wiped down with alcohol, we are all working more studiously to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our staff and customers.

As per our normal standards all our items are cleaned using a commercial hot dishwasher. We are ensuring goods are minimally handled and packed, wrapped and sealed as per usual, using latex gloves.
Anyone hiring our goods is required to rinse all items however we always rewash these items up to our highest standard using high temperatures and detergent before rewrapping and sealing these items. This is just part of our normal process, only now we are raising it up a notch.
We are hoping that across the industry as a whole, we are able to get back together to happier social times.

Sue-Anne is an expert in the field with over 35 years in the hospitality industry and over 25 in the hire and rental field.  She has seen many trends change over the years and treats her customers like they are part of the family. During this time all questions and enquiries are welcomed, no matter how silly they may seem.
